Svitlana was born and raised in Ukraine where she graduated from Music School with honours as well as  obtained her Master’s degree in Linguistics. For 20 years she worked as a teacher with children, ages 5-18 years, including kids with special needs. She moved to Brooklyn in 2022 and joined the JCC team in June of 2023.
Svitlana is interested in learning foreign languages, she speaks French, Greek, Russian and English. She is also a lover of music and  is an avid flute player. Above all, Svitlana is passionate about working with children.
